You are living your best life when your mind and body are balanced and healthy. That's why we take a holistic approach to preventing and reversing disease.
We provide alternative treatment methods such as cupping therapy, also known as hijama, and auricular therapy. Our primary objective is to incorporate natural healing techniques into our practice. We have successfully treated numerous health conditions through the use of cupping and auricular therapy. Hijama serves as an excellent means of detoxifying the body and promoting healing. While cupping is traditionally recommended every 3 months as a sunnah tradition, for individuals with health conditions, it can be performed monthly for 2 months before transitioning to the recommended 3-month interval. Auricular therapy has shown effectiveness in addressing over 500 different health issues. Typically, 2-3 therapy sessions are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks, although in some cases, up to 6 sessions may be necessary to achieve a cure. It's worth noting that our cupping/auricular therapist is also a Family Nurse, ensuring professional expertise and comprehensive care.
Our goal is to provide alternative medical care that will reverse and prevent disease using the fundamental healing principles of the body.

Along side cupping therapy we also offer Auricular therapy, which is also known as auriculotherapy or ear acupuncture, is a form of alternative medicine that involves stimulating specific points on the outer ear to treat various health conditions. It is based on the concept that the ear is a microsystem representing the entire body, and by targeting specific points on the ear, one can influence the corresponding body parts or organs.
The practice of auricular therapy has been around for thousands of years and is believed to have originated in ancient China. It has also been utilized in other traditional medical systems such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Traditional Vietnamese Medicine.
In auricular therapy, the outer ear is divided into numerous points or zones that correspond to different areas of the body. These points are stimulated by various methods, including manual pressure, electrical stimulation, or the application of small herbal seeds or magnets.
Stimulating these ear points, it can help relieve pain, reduce stress, balance the body's energy flow, and promote overall wellness. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other treatments and modalities.
The specific points chosen for treatment in auricular therapy can vary depending on the condition being addressed. Practitioners may select points based on the patient's symptoms, medical history, and the principles of traditional medicine systems they follow. For example, in TCM, the selection of auricular points may be guided by the flow of Qi (vital energy) through the meridians or channels of the body.
